  Not to be confused with Two Jack Lakeside which has showers and close proximity to lake. Two Jack Main was a more wooded and secluded experience inside the woods. The lots are not private, there are places to wash your dishes and fill up your tanks and water bottles. The water here is fantastic! It must come directly from the springs. The people working here are very friendly as well.

  If you want to have an enjoyable trip with your family, skip this site. If you want to relive the horrors of a concentration camp, this is the place for you!

  Camping at Two Jack Main was a very pleasant experience. The campsites are secluded and most are tucked amongst trees. Sadly there are no showers and the facilities could have been maintained a little better, but those are my only complaints.

  We pulled up during peak season hoping that we would find a spot, and we got THE LAST ONE. We were very pleased that they took the time to look for us, and we loved the campground. The spaces were far enough apart, the bathrooms were relatively clean and the washroom/eating area was nice. We took the rest of the evening to drive around Two Jacks and take pictures. We woke up early and went on our way, the only downside was that there are only showers in the Two Jacks Lakeside Campground and as a camper in Two Jacks Main you are NOT allowed to shower at the other campground. They suggested going to a place in town to pay for a shower, but we decided to move along and try to get into another campground that had showers.

  Never have we ever had a camping experience so dismal. Not because of weather, or even poor facilities. No, I and my entire family were unable to enjoy our stay specifically because of the ludicrous treatment we received. Every day we were visited several times by park rangers who went through our belongings and picked apart our campsite. There was a bug going around and they penalized us for leaving out the pot my little brother used to vomit in. We tried our best to comply, but we were a big group and there is only so much we could do. We packed all of our food in our cars when we slept or left the site but they always found something to threaten us with. A tube of toothpaste, water bottles, even bug repellent.

  My only complaint as mentioned before is the confusion between lakeside and main campgrounds should have been explained better on the reservation website. Two Jack Main is NOT close to the water, it requires biking or a 10 minute walk. Two Jack Lakeside is along the shore of the lake.
